As a Construction Project Manager, you will lead mission-critical projects from pre-construction through to commissioning, supporting greenfield developments, expansions and fit-outs across a rapidly expanding AI cloud platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of mission-critical data centre projects, managing scope, budget, schedule, quality and safety
  • Manage contractors, architects, MEP consultants, commissioning agents and specialist vendors throughout the project lifecycle
  • Oversee the delivery of critical MEP infrastructure, including substations, UPS, generators, switchgear and cooling systems
  • Drive project planning, procurement, risk management and critical path scheduling across multiple projects
  • Lead commissioning activities from Level 1 through Level 5 testing to ensure successful operational handover
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership while managing budgets, contractor performance and compliance requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of construction project management experience within mission-critical or complex infrastructure environments
  • Minimum of 3 years delivering data centre, healthcare, semiconductor, pharmaceutical or large-scale industrial projects
  • Strong knowledge of data centre MEP infrastructure, including UPS, generators, switchgear, redundancy topologies and cooling systems
  • Experience managing large-scale construction budgets, project schedules and contractor performance
  • Familiarity with commissioning processes and tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project or Procore
  • Excellent stakeholder, contractor and vendor management skills
