Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery & Coordination
  • Manage the end to end delivery of technology and infrastructure projects across secure OT environments
  • Own project scope, schedules, milestones, risks, and delivery outcomes
  • Coordinate internal engineering teams, external stakeholders, and client resources
  • Track progress, manage blockers, and provide regular project updates
  • Ensure site specific safety processes and compliance requirements are followed
• Technical Project Involvement
  • Work alongside engineers during planning, sequencing, and deployment phases
  • Translate technical designs into clear project plans and actionable workstreams
  • Support technical workshops, client scoping sessions, and solution reviews
  • Assist with reviewing network diagrams, device configurations, and deployment documentation
  • Prepare detailed scopes of work and technical project documentation
• Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the main point of contact throughout project delivery
  • Manage client expectations, communication plans, and change requests
  • Lead project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder reporting
  • Ensure documentation and project governance standards are maintained
• Pre Sales & Solution Support
  • Support solution design and project planning during bid stages
  • Provide delivery input, resource planning, timelines, and risk assessments
  • Work with technical teams to ensure solutions are achievable and aligned with client requirements

Skills/Must Have:

• Experience managing technical infrastructure, networking, OT, or technology projects
• Strong understanding of network environments, ideally Cisco, Aruba, firewalls, switching, or related technologies
• Comfortable working directly with engineers and technical teams
• Ability to understand technical designs, diagrams, and deployment requirements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing multiple projects across different client environments
