Keen to join a company that champions growth and development?

Join a sovereign cloud and AI platform that combines the openness of public cloud with the security and control of private environments, making the cloud easier to use, faster to deploy, and fairer to pay for. Offering public cloud, private cloud, and high-performance GPU infrastructure with clear, predictable pricing, it helps organisations innovate while keeping control of their data, infrastructure, and spend.

The company is currently on the lookout for a GPU Cluster Delivery Manager to act as the customer-facing delivery lead for enterprise GPU cluster deployments. The ideal candidate will own the full lifecycle of each build, from contract signature through procurement, physical build-out, and technical validation to hand-off at the contracted Ready-For-Service date, working across procurement, network engineering, platform SREs, hardware OEMs, and data centre operators. The role includes a 4-day working week and remote flexibility.

Ready to take your expertise to the next level? Get in touch today!

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of dedicated GPU compute clusters for enterprise clients as the primary customer-facing project lead post-sale, accountable for contracted RFS dates and go-live milestones
  • Run regular cadence meetings with internal and customer stakeholders, providing transparent status reports, risk logs and timeline updates
  • Manage the full hardware supply chain lifecycle, from BOM approval and procurement through to staging and site delivery, working day to day with server OEMs, networking vendors and logistics partners to resolve lead-time bottlenecks
  • Coordinate with third-party data centre operators on physical readiness, including space, PDU power provisioning, rack layout and liquid cooling (CDU) integration
  • Oversee smart-hands and field engineering teams during racking, stacking and high-speed fibre cabling (InfiniBand/RoCE) of GPU chassis
  • Orchestrate pre-flight checks, burn-in testing and NCCL performance benchmarks with network and platform SRE teams, proactively resolving thermal, power and cabling issues and managing change control in live data centre environments with robust risk logs and backout plans

Skills/Must have:

  • Experience 5+ years of technical project management leading complex IT infrastructure, HPC or large-scale data centre deployments, with a proven record in customer-facing delivery against strict contractual deadlines
  • Practical knowledge of the data centre physical layer (rack power allocation, airflow management, liquid cooling, fibre optic cabling); familiarity with high-density GPU server hardware and InfiniBand/Ethernet network topologies
  • Demonstrated management of complex, multi-vendor supply chains and direct coordination with hardware OEMs and DC operators; advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Gantt/roadmap tools and risk log frameworks
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, able to maintain clarity, momentum and confidence through complex physical deployments; a solution-oriented, proactive mindset when resolving supply chain or facility constraints under tight deadlines

Desirable Skills:

  • Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master)
  • Technical understanding of NVIDIA GPU server topologies (HGX, DGX, NVLink racks)
  • Familiarity with DCIM tooling and hardware inventory practices

Benefits:

  • 4-day working week (excluding event attendance)
  • Uncapped holiday
  • Remote-first working with flexibility and autonomy
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package
  • Inclusive, collaborative culture
