Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity?

Join one of the fastest-growing AI infrastructure companies in the world, building large-scale GPU, compute, and storage infrastructure for a global AI cloud platform. The organization is rapidly expanding its high-performance data center environments to meet the growing demand for AI compute.

This company is looking for someone to own server and rack-level production projects across hardware architecture, capacity planning, procurement, ODM manufacturing, supply chain, and data center deployment. The role provides end-to-end ownership of bringing complex GPU hardware from BOM and factory production through logistics and into live data centers, working closely with ODMs, OEMs, and internal engineering teams.

Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity and apply today!

Responsibilities:

  • Own server and rack level hardware production projects, translating capacity and architecture requirements into procurement and ODM production plans
  • Manage BOMs and critical components including GPUs, CPUs, memory, drives and NICs, ensuring compatibility, availability and production readiness
  • Coordinate ODMs, OEMs, factories and hardware vendors across production orders, component planning, manufacturing schedules and quality control
  • Manage multiple production projects, tracking Gantt plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, blockers and recovery plans across vendors and deployments
  • Drive resolution of component shortages, BOM issues, factory delays, quality risks, export licences, logistics and deployment schedule changes
  • Improve each production cycle by using factory, deployment and operations feedback to strengthen supplier requirements, processes, reporting and tooling

Skills/Must Have:

  • Experience managing complex hardware production, manufacturing, supply chain or data center infrastructure delivery projects
  • Strong understanding of modern server architecture, particularly high performance GPU based environments and rack level infrastructure
  • Good knowledge of server components including GPUs, CPUs, memory, storage and NICs, with the ability to understand different hardware configurations
  • Experience working directly with ODMs, OEMs, factories, hardware vendors or contract manufacturers
  • Strong experience with BOMs, component planning, production timelines, factory execution and hardware supply chains
  • Strong project management and vendor management skills across Gantt charts, milestones, dependencies, risk tracking and multiple parallel projects

Desirable Skills:

  • Hands on understanding of GPU infrastructure and GPU diagnostics or troubleshooting
  • Experience collecting system logs and hardware diagnostics
  • Knowledge of BIOS and BMC functionality
  • Experience supporting high density AI, HPC or hyperscale server environments
  •  Experience visiting factories and supporting production execution or quality control

Benefits:

  • Remote working across Europe
  • Bonus Scheme

Salary:

  • Up to €100,000 gross per year
