As a Technical Sales Specialist in the Audio Visual Division, your role is pivotal in driving our client's business forward in the Australian market. 

You'll identify strategic sales opportunities, tailor AV solutions, and effectively communicate our product and service value. This requires a blend of technical prowess, sales expertise, and relationship-building skills. 

Your knowledge of AV systems will guide clients in decision-making and ensure successful implementation.


Responsibilities:

  • Technical Consultation: Assess clients' AV needs comprehensively.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with design and engineering teams for customized AV solutions.
  • Product Demonstrations: Showcase proposed solutions and their benefits.
  • Proposal Development: Create detailed technical proposals tailored to customer requirements.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong client, vendor, and industry partner relationships.
  • Project Support: Work with project management and installation teams for smooth project delivery.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on AV trends and best practices.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant fields preferred, with industry certifications.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in AV industry, with focus on technical presales and solution design.
  • Demonstrated relationship-building and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; Bluebeam/AutoCAD and AVIXA CTS certifications desirable.
  • Experience with SimPRO software and ability to obtain NV1 security clearance.
  • General Induction: White Card required.
