Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review technical site documentation (RF layouts, power, cabling, integration plans)
• Support integration of Nokia AirScale components into IP/hybrid networks
• Coordinate with rollout teams, site managers, and stakeholders
• Take part in site acceptance, commissioning, and testing (FAT/SAT)
• Evaluate and integrate external equipment (antennas, RF filters, racks, cabinets)
• Perform or coordinate first-line maintenance (FLM):
• Site inspections
• Equipment replacement
• Power and RF testing
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues:
• Power outages
• RF interference
• Equipment faults
• Network sync problems
• Maintain and approve documentation:
• As-built plans
• Test results

Skills/Must have:

• Fluent German (C1/C2) – mandatory (spoken & written)
• Good English (spoken & written)
• Eligible for SÜ2 security clearance (background check required)
• Experience in telecom/network integration (mobile or radio networks preferred)
• Basic understanding of RF (radio frequency) systems and measurements
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Proactive, self-driven working style

Salary:
