Responsibilities: 

• Evaluate, onboard and manage trading applications and vendor platforms
• Work with vendors, exchanges, banks and counterparties to resolve issues and drive improvements
• Support new platform implementations across Equities, FX, Commodities, Fixed Income, Derivatives and Crypto
• Analyse platform capabilities, costs, performance and support requirements
• Partner with Traders, Portfolio Managers, IT, Operations and Project teams
• Help improve vendor management processes, documentation and platform standards
• Build reporting and dashboards to analyse vendor and counterparty performance
• Identify opportunities to optimise existing platforms and connectivity

Required Skills/Qualifications: 

• Experience with OMS/EMS or electronic trading platforms
• Strong understanding of trading workflows, execution, market data and risk
• Experience working with vendors, exchanges or trading technology providers
• Background in a vendor/platform, exchange, trading firm or financial technology environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Exposure to FIX, APIs and trading data is beneficial
• Familiarity with AI-native tools for analysing trading data is a plus

Location:

• Chicago 
• Hybrid (3 days in office)

Salary:

• $150,000 – $200,000 base + Bonus
