The organization is currently on the lookout for an IT Operations Coordinator to step into a transversal leadership role within the IT Operations function of a globally recognised aerospace and defence organisation in Toulouse. The ideal candidate will take ownership of coordination across four Product Service Lines, Network LAN, Network WAN, Security, and Mobility, working at the intersection of security, network, and operational delivery, with real scope to shape how the PSL structure operates.

Responsibilities:

• Provide transversal oversight and coordination across four PSL Leaders (Network LAN, Network WAN, Security, Mobility)
• Act as the operational link between security and network functions, ensuring alignment across service lines
• Support and drive day-to-day IT operations delivery within a large, complex aerospace environment
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to maintain continuity and operational standards across the PSL structure
• Contribute an operational, hands-on mindset to problem-solving across teams

Skills/Must have:

• Proven experience within Airbus or the wider Airbus supplier/partner ecosystem
• Strong background spanning both security and network domains
• Demonstrated operational, delivery-focused approach (not purely strategic/advisory)
• Strong team and stakeholder management skills, comfortable managing peer-level leads
• Able to commit to a minimum of 3 days/week on-site in Toulouse
