The organisation is seeking a Utilities Manager to lead utility capacity planning and infrastructure delivery across its expanding European data centre portfolio. The role involves managing substation and utility projects across multiple countries, ensuring power delivery supports hyperscale customers and ongoing growth within a complex mission-critical environment.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement strategy to ensure timely delivery of power to development sites in support of existing and future leases
- Lead execution of all substation and utility build projects across a large European campus portfolio
- Serve on the diligence team to evaluate utility capacity feasibility for potential new sites
- Manage partners, consultants, and contractors involved in electrical substation design and construction
- Lead standardisation of utility substation design including distribution feeds to multiple buildings
- Manage budgets and cost forecasting across all utility projects including construction and equipment
- Develop transformer and equipment specifications and procure substation long-lead equipment
- Procure and manage construction of multiple substation sites simultaneously across Europe
- Track, report, and communicate power delivery timelines and schedule performance to senior stakeholders
Skills/Must Have:
- 5+ years of medium/high voltage construction management experience
- Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of substation design, construction, and industry partners
- Technical expertise in HV and MV electrical systems
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel up to 50% across European markets as required
- Fluent English essential; additional European languages advantageous
- EU work authorisation
