Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale FTTH construction programs
• Own field execution and homes-passed targets
• Manage third-party contractors and build partners
• Improve cost per passing and productivity
• Coordinate construction with OSP engineering
• Oversee permitting, utilities and make-ready
• Establish construction KPIs and scorecards
• Build and develop the delivery organization

Skills/Must Have:

• Large-scale FTTH construction leadership
• Contractor and cost-per-passing management
• Strong OSP and field operations knowledge
• Hands-on field and executive capability
• Experience managing significant capital programs
• Based in or able to relocate to California

Salary:

• Circa $240,000 base salary plus bonus and long-term incentives
