Responsibilities:
- Improving observability and monitoring across all network systems
- Driving automation to reduce manual work and speed up fixes
- Strengthening incident management and root cause analysis
- Ensuring smooth rollout of new network changes and services
- Working closely with engineering teams to maintain operational stability
- Leading improvements in processes, tools, and operating models
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- 15+ years’ experience in networking / infrastructure operations
- Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive change - Proven expertise
- Strong background in large enterprise or carrier-grade networks
- Experience with LAN/WAN, MPLS, SD-WAN, and network security
- Familiar with cloud networking environments
- Strong skills in monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Experience with ITIL / IT service management processes
- Knowledge of automation tools (Python, Ansible)
