Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and design tailored maritime telecom solutions
• Carry out site surveys and onboard vessel assessments to evaluate installation feasibility
• Shape proposals, high-level designs, and pricing models for customer projects
• Collaborate with project management and networking teams to align technical solutions with delivery
• Present technical concepts to clients and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle
• Provide handover documentation and support post-sales delivery teams

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of VSAT systems, satellite communications, and maritime networking
• Hands-on experience working onboard vessels and familiarity with shipboard systems (e.g. compass deck, masts, radars)
• Basic understanding of networking – routing, switching, firewalls – and ability to collaborate with IT/networking teams
• Good communication skills and the confidence to interact directly with customers

Nice to Have:

• CCNA or MTCNA certifications (or willingness to certify – training can be provided)
• Previous experience in presales or solution design for maritime telecoms
• Familiarity with hardware such as Intellian, Cobham, Sailor, or Furuno

Salary:

• Competitive net salary of €2,100–€2,400/month, plus annual bonus of up to €5k
