The organisation takes a product-agnostic approach and works with leading Wi-Fi infrastructure providers to help customers maximise network performance.

The role offers the chance to work as an experienced Wireless Network Field Engineer across a variety of customer environments, carrying out wireless surveys, diagnosing network issues, supporting deployments, and improving Wi-Fi performance. You'll work across commercial sites including offices, warehousing, logistics, and other large-scale locations throughout the UK.

Skills/Must Have:

  • ECSE certification is highly desirable
  • At least 2 years' experience across Wi-Fi, wireless networking or network infrastructure
  • Hands-on experience using Ekahau Pro for wireless surveys
  • Strong understanding of RF and Wi-Fi fundamentals
  • Experience troubleshooting wireless performance issues
  • Exposure to enterprise wireless platforms such as Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Ruckus or Extreme
  • Good networking fundamentals across switching, VLANs, DHCP and routing
  • Comfortable producing survey reports and presenting technical findings to customers
  • Full UK driving licence


Desirable Skills:

  • Experience within warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is particularly useful but not essential
  • Strong core wireless experience
  • Predictive wireless design experience
  • Cabling experience
  • CCNA or CWNA certification
  • Broader infrastructure experience
