Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure and maintain IoT Mesh Networking and PMR/DMR wireless communication systems.
  • Support IP connectivity and networking across customer sites.
  • Carry out installation, commissioning, servicing and fault finding of wireless communication equipment.
  • Assist with planned maintenance visits across customer sites (typically every two weeks).
  • Support larger installation projects across the UK, with occasional travel and overnight stays.
  • Work safely at height and within confined spaces where required.
  • Produce accurate installation and service documentation.
  • Work closely with senior engineers while developing your own technical capability.


Skills/Must Have:

  • Understanding of wireless networking and/or wireless communications.
  • Good knowledge of IP networking and connectivity.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Chepstow.
  • Happy to travel to customer sites across the UK when required.
  • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces (training provided where required).
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
