A newly created opportunity exists for a Construction Coordinator to be the eyes and ears on the ground, making sure residential FTTH builds are completed correctly, on time, and to spec. The ideal candidate will work in a field-based role, seeing projects through from start to finish, with a clear path to progress into project management responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day FTTH construction activity across active projects in the region
• Spend most of your time in the field verifying work quality, progress and completion against spec
• Liaise between crews, subcontractors, the Construction Manager and the client on schedules and issues
• Track production and support accurate, timely invoicing and closeouts
• Identify and escalate delays, rework and safety concerns early
• Keep project documentation and reporting up to date

Skills/Must Have:

• Proven experience in FTTH or fiber construction
• A background in field coordination or supervision of crews and subcontractors
• An understanding of the production-to-invoicing process
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
