This opportunity is for a Construction Supervisor to lead day-to-day field operations, managing crews, subcontractors, and vendors while maintaining quality, safety, and delivery standards. The role also includes production reconciliation and direct client contact, with a clear pathway into management for those looking to progress their career.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate and develop field crews, providing training and on-the-job coaching where gaps appear
  • Own site safety, enforce best practice and regulatory compliance, and run equipment, material and routine site inspections
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors, and reconcile production tasks against invoicing
  • Walk out jobs, white line new work areas, call in dig tickets and follow up with local jurisdictions
  • Conduct QA inspections during and after build to confirm compliance with customer-specific specifications
  • Handle resident and HOA communication, including door tags ahead of upcoming works, and cover rotational on-call


Skills/Must Have:

  • Years supervising telecom construction crews, with a hands-on aerial and/or underground background
  • Basic working knowledge of fibre splicing and the ability to read construction maps, prints and diagrams
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and construction/financial software; comfortable reporting to management and clients
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record; able to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder who works independently with minimal supervision
