This opportunity is ideal for a Construction Supervisor looking to take ownership of daily field operations and lead FTTH build crews. You'll manage in-house teams and subcontractors, oversee production, and drive progress across challenging construction environments, with a strong focus on boring and HDD activities while working closely with the on-site Construction Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production across an active FTTH forward build and a concurrent remediation/road-move project
• Run in-house and subcontract crews in the field, keeping them to schedule, standard and safety expectations
• Oversee HDD and boring operations in hard rock conditions, driving footage while protecting quality
• Walk the job daily, check work in progress, catch issues in the field before they hit the schedule
• Report progress and problems up to the Construction Manager clearly and early
• Coordinate crew movements, materials and access so nobody's stood waiting

Skills/Must Have:

• Hands-on fiber construction experience
• Strong HDD and boring background, ideally in rock or hard ground conditions
• Experience running crews in the field, including subcontract crews
• Able to hold crews accountable without losing them
• Work ethic and drive to learn valued above years of experience
