Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and first-line technical support across network and infrastructure environments
- Perform fault diagnosis and troubleshooting across LAN/WAN, systems, and hardware
- Support installation, configuration, and replacement of network and IT equipment
- Monitor system performance and escalate issues where required
- Manage incidents, service requests, and tickets through to resolution
- Coordinate with remote engineers and support teams to resolve technical issues
- Carry out on-site interventions, maintenance, and hardware replacement
- Deliver on-the-job training (OJT) and support operational teams
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and resolutions
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in network, infrastructure, or technical support roles
- Strong hands-on experience in field support or onsite engineering environments
- Background in enterprise, MSP, telecom, or data centre environments preferred
Working Setup:
- Cisco networking including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
- VLAN segmentation and LAN/WAN connectivity support
- Windows Server and Windows 11 administration
- Active Directory including user and group management
- VMware environments including vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter
- Network printers, endpoints, and general IT infrastructure support
- Experience with ticketing systems, monitoring tools, and remote support platforms
