Responsibilities:

• Own 3rd and 4th line escalations across the Fortinet estate, the senior technical authority on the team
• Drive proactive support, identify recurring issues, run BAU improvement projects, and reduce ticket volume before it happens
• Manage and support FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiSD-WAN, and FortiSASE environments
• Support SD-WAN deployments and ongoing management across the customer base
• VPN configuration, management, and troubleshooting across the estate
• Use LogicMonitor or PRTG for network monitoring and performance visibility
• Support the project team when required, dip into project delivery alongside BAU
•  Contribute to a staggered shift pattern, 7am–5:30pm across a team of six
• FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiSD-WAN, FortiSASE
• VPN, LogicMonitor / PRTG
• Meraki, Cisco, HPE Aruba / Silverpeak SD-WAN

Skills/Must Have:

• Deep Fortinet expertise, FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, and SD-WAN hands-on experience
• SD-WAN experience essential, Fortinet SD-WAN preferred, Meraki or HPE Aruba Silverpeak also considered
• Consultant or senior engineer background happy to step into a senior support-focused role
• Proactive mindset, you look for root causes and fix them, not just close the ticket
• VPN configuration and troubleshooting experience across the Fortinet stack
• LogicMonitor or PRTG monitoring platform experience beneficial
• Fortinet NSE5 certification preferred, other NSE certs considered
• Comfortable in a staggered shift environment, 7am–5:30pm rotated across the team

Working Pattern:

• Hybrid: Wednesday in the office, rest from home
• Staggered shifts: 7am–5:30pm across a team of six
• Potential on-call element

Salary:

• £55,000 base salary
