The company is looking for an HPE Aruba Network Security Consultant to join its growing technical team, covering pre-sales, design, implementation, and support. The role focuses on HPE Aruba Switching and ClearPass and is suited to someone with strong Aruba foundations who is keen to develop their skills and career, with certifications and training fully funded. The position is fully remote with travel when required.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement HPE Aruba Switching solutions across complex enterprise environments (60% of the role)
• Deploy and configure HPE Aruba ClearPass for NAC, 802.1X, and AAA alongside the switching layer
• Provide 3rd line escalation support across the Aruba estate (20%)
• Support pre-sales engagements, technical scoping, customer conversations, and solution positioning (10%)
• Produce high-quality technical designs and documentation to support delivery
• Travel to customer sites across the UK when projects and engagements require it
• HPE Aruba Switching (primary)
• HPE Aruba ClearPass
• Network Security, NAC, 802.1X, AAA

Skills/Must Have:

• Strong HPE Aruba Switching background, enterprise-scale deployment and support experience
• HPE Aruba ClearPass experience, NAC, 802.1X, and policy management
• Network security fundamentals, you understand how the switching and security layers work together
• Someone on the way up, strong foundations, driven to develop, and ready to take on more responsibility
• Comfortable working independently and remotely, you manage your own time and deliver without hand-holding
• Confident enough to support pre-sales conversations and customer-facing engagements
• Aruba certifications beneficial, any held will be built on, all training and certs funded going forward

Location & Woking Pattern:

• Fully remote, UK wide, travel to customer sites when required
• All certifications and training fully funded, they invest in developing their people
• A broad role: pre-sales, design, implementation, and support across a varied customer base

Salary:

• £90,000 base salary
