Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line support across Aruba-based network environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across wireless, access control, and network infrastructure.
  • Support and manage Aruba ClearPass (NAC) environments.
  • Maintain and optimise Aruba AirWave and Aruba Central platforms.
  • Work across wireless deployments and ongoing support activities.
  • Assist with network changes, upgrades, and improvements.
  • Document solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing.


Skills / Must Have:

  • Experience supporting HPE Aruba wireless environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across 2nd and/or 3rd line network support.
  • Experience with at least one of the following:
    • Aruba ClearPass
    • Aruba AirWave
    • Aruba Central
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (routing, switching, wireless).
  • Ability to work independently and manage technical issues end-to-end.


Desirable Skills:

  • Experience across multiple Aruba platforms (ClearPass, Central, AirWave).
  • Aruba certifications (or working towards).
  • Experience in enterprise or MSP environments.
