Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support across Aruba-based network environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across wireless, access control, and network infrastructure.
- Support and manage Aruba ClearPass (NAC) environments.
- Maintain and optimise Aruba AirWave and Aruba Central platforms.
- Work across wireless deployments and ongoing support activities.
- Assist with network changes, upgrades, and improvements.
- Document solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Skills / Must Have:
- Experience supporting HPE Aruba wireless environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across 2nd and/or 3rd line network support.
- Experience with at least one of the following:
- Aruba ClearPass
- Aruba AirWave
- Aruba Central
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (routing, switching, wireless).
- Ability to work independently and manage technical issues end-to-end.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience across multiple Aruba platforms (ClearPass, Central, AirWave).
- Aruba certifications (or working towards).
- Experience in enterprise or MSP environments.
