Responsibilities:

  • Deliver infrastructure projects across server, storage, virtualisation, and backup environments
  • Provide hands-on support across HPE and Dell hardware, including data center operations
  • Manage and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux environments
  • Support VMware/hypervisor infrastructure and a large Citrix VDI environment
  • Maintain storage platforms including HPE and Pure Storage, and Brocade Fibre Channel switching
  • Manage backup infrastructure using Veeam
  • Collaborate with a dedicated Azure cloud team and support hybrid cloud integration
  • Occasional travel to regional Ontario sites as required


Skills/Must Have:

  • Solid hands-on experience with VMware or equivalent hypervisor platforms
  • Windows Server and Active Directory administration
  • Experience with enterprise storage (HPE, Pure Storage, or similar)
  • Fiber Channel experience — Brocade preferred, any FC background considered
  • Veeam or equivalent backup platform experience
  • Linux administration
  • VDI experience — Citrix or similar
  • Scripting/automation a plus — PowerShell, Perl, or equivalent
  • Azure or hybrid cloud exposure beneficial
  • Mining, industrial, or OT-adjacent experience a plus — not essential
