Responsibilities:

  • Provision and maintain Windows and Linux server environments across physical, virtual, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Entra ID/Intune operations.
  • Configure enterprise networking hardware, specifically managing VLANs and SPAN/mirror ports for security monitoring.
  • Support SOC and DFIR teams by onboarding log sources, deploying sensors, and preparing forensic workstations.
  • Maintain rigorous documentation, including network diagrams, runbooks, and hardening baselines.


Skills/Must Have:

  • 6+ years of professional experience in systems administration or infrastructure support.
  • Proficiency in both Windows Server (AD/GPO) and Linux (CLI/Hardening).
  • Hands-on experience with managed switches, firewalls, and Layer 2/3 troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with virtualization (VM management) and Microsoft 365/Azure administration.
  • Ability to work 100% on-site at the Toronto office.
