The organization is currently on the lookout for an IT Support Analyst to join a globally recognized financial technology business's onsite helpdesk team, supporting a demanding, technically literate user base. The ideal candidate will bring responsiveness, professionalism, and strong attention to detail, working fully onsite Monday to Friday on a 12-month contract with a clear path to permanent for the right person.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve technical support requests via phone, email, and in person
• Maintain and support desktop PCs, laptops, hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows 11 and MacOS)
• Document, track, and monitor issues through to resolution, keeping users informed throughout
• Troubleshoot basic network issues and escalate where required
• Support users in virtual desktop environments
• Identify recurring problems and contribute to process improvements
• Other duties as assigned, this is a roll-up-your-sleeves environment

Skills/Must Have:

• 2+ years of IT helpdesk experience, this is the baseline requirement
• Strong working knowledge of Windows 11, MacOS, and Microsoft Office applications
• Basic understanding of network principles and troubleshooting
• Excellent customer service skills, you're patient, professional, and clear under pressure
• Self-motivated, organized, and highly reliable, predictable availability is essential in this environment
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• A genuine interest in technology and a desire to keep developing
• Bachelor's degree preferred, strong candidates without a degree will be considered
• Experience with virtual desktop environments is a plus

Salary:

• $33–$36 per hour depending on experience
