Responsibilities:

• Act as the N3 escalation point for complex network issues, specifically focusing on large-scale Fortinet environments.
• Lead critical security incident response efforts, including real-time network segregation to mitigate threats.
• Manage and execute massive infrastructure campaigns, such as coordinated patching for 2,000+ Fortinet units.
• Support and optimize FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer environments to ensure centralized visibility and control.
• Collaborate with the projects team on complex deployments and migrations involving Cisco and Palo Alto technologies.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior and intermediate staff during high-pressure troubleshooting scenarios.

Skills/Must Have:

• Fortinet Expertise: Extensive experience with FortiGate; proficiency in FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer is essential.
• Network Proficiency: Strong foundations equivalent to CCNA or higher, with a deep understanding of routing, switching, and SD-WAN.
• Security Mindset: Proven ability to manage network segregation and security hardening during active incidents.
• MSP Versatility: Must be comfortable working in multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Palo Alto, etc.) and managing multiple client contexts.
• Language: Professional fluency in French (required) and English.
• Certifications: NSE 4 or 5 is highly preferred.

Salary:

• 80-115k Based on Experience + annual salary review
