Responsibilities:
- Lead field, construction, and logistics teams as a single execution unit, clear ownership, performance expectations, and escalation paths
- Own the operating cadence that translates project priorities into assigned, actionable work across all functions
- Maintain a consolidated view of what's ready, blocked, or waiting, across high-volume concurrent projects
- Partner with site acquisition, RF, and network design teams to keep dependencies scoped, assigned, and tracked
- Own delivery of execution-stage projects end to end, schedule, critical path, vendor and permitting milestones, and network turn-up
- Ensure material readiness aligns to project schedules, BOMs, transfer orders, warehouse activity, and shipment-to-site tracking
- Track contractor compliance and keep vendor schedules, licensing, insurance, and change orders on track
- Own post-incident follow-through so immediate recovery becomes a durable process fix
- Provide concise, milestone-based project status to leadership, risks, blockers, and decisions surfaced early
- Cover for Construction Manager and Field Manager during absences to keep operations running seamlessly
- US-wide field operations across multiple sites
- 5–6 direct reports
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- 5+ years in operations, construction, field services, or deployment management, with direct people management experience
- Proven project management capability across multiple concurrent projects, schedules, critical path, vendor and permitting milestones
- Strong command of materials and logistics flow, BOMs, transfer orders, inventory, shipment tracking
- Comfortable operating at both tactical level (crew dispatched today) and delivery level (multi-month project on track)
- Excellent follow-through, clear communication, and a bias for operational clarity
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and tight cross-team coordination
- 5+ years experience required
Desirable Skills:
- Telecom, wireless infrastructure, data center, utility, or comparable technical operations environment
- Familiarity with site commissioning, network turn-up, and outage window planning
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs and post-incident process improvement
- Fluency with operational tooling, Jira or similar work-tracking systems
- Experience supporting site acquisition, permitting, and construction handoff workflows
- PMP or CAPM certification a plus, not required
