This opportunity is ideal for a Network Engineer with a strong ISP background looking to transition into a more varied and technically unique environment. You'll work across both broadcast and data centre networks, applying your expertise in routing, BGP, and high-availability infrastructure while developing new skills in multicast and IP broadcast technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and deliver across two distinct network environments, Arista broadcast fabric and Cisco DC network
  • Work on network projects end to end alongside the wider engineering team
  • Provide hands-on support for live broadcast and corporate network infrastructure
  • Manage and troubleshoot Palo Alto firewall configurations and security policy
  • Apply your ISP routing expertise to a demanding, high-availability production environment
  • Learn and develop broadcast networking skills, multicast, live event delivery, and IP production workflows with structured support from the team
  • Arista (broadcast network)
  • Cisco (DC network)
  • Palo Alto (firewalls)
  • BGP / OSPF | Routing & Switching
  • Multicast (will train)


Skills/Must Have:

  • ISP background is essential, strong routing fundamentals built in a service provider environment
  • Solid BGP and OSPF experience, worked with these protocols at scale in production
  • Comfortable in high-availability environments where performance and uptime are non-negotiable
  • Hands-on experience with Arista or Cisco in a production setting
  • Palo Alto firewall experience beneficial
  • Multicast knowledge not required, structured development in broadcast networking provided
  • Able to work across both project delivery and BAU support
  • Based in or able to commute to Central London, 3 days per week in the office


Location & Working Pattern:

  • Hybrid: 3 days Central London / 2 days from home
  • No on-call requirement
