This is a fully remote opportunity with no office attendance requirements, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. The successful candidate will join as the organisation's sole Network Engineer, taking ownership of projects from design through to implementation while providing occasional third-line support when required. With approximately 90% of the role focused on project delivery and 10% on support, this position is ideal for an engineer who can work independently, adapt quickly, and successfully deliver network projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead network project delivery end to end, design, configuration, implementation, and handover (90%).
- 3rd line escalation support when required (10%), you're the network authority.
- Work independently and own your workload, no micromanagement, no hand-holding.
- Learn and develop across the tech stack as the business grows.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Proven networking expertise with a strong foundation in routing, switching, and core networking concepts.
- Comfortable working independently as the sole network engineer
- Project-delivery mindset, take ownership from design through to completion.
- Willing to learn
- Good communicator who manages their own workload and keeps stakeholders in the loop.

- Cisco Routing & Switching.
- Cisco Viptela SD-WAN.
- Meraki Wireless.
- Experience with every technology listed isn't expected. A solid understanding of networking fundamentals and a proactive approach to learning are what matter most.
