We are seeking an exceptional Senior DevOps / Integration Engineer to join our core team to focus on developing the software packages, Kubernetes operators, and integration plugins that power modern AI infrastructure and automated cloud networking. This role requires a unique combination of deep technical expertise across Linux systems, networking protocols, and Kubernetes, blended with strong software engineering capabilities. You will completely own the development lifecycle for the custom Kubernetes operators, Terraform providers, Helm charts, and integration plugins that our customers deploy inside their production environments.

This is a premier role for a platform or tools engineer who wants to build robust, distributed software packages rather than managing standard internal corporate pipelines. You will be joining a highly technical, senior engineering organization working on systems operating at massive scale. If you are passionate about writing clean, maintainable infrastructure-as-code tooling and creating seamless software integration patterns for emerging enterprise cloud platforms, this position provides the ultimate technical runway.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex platform integrations across multiple infrastructure technologies and ecosystem partner platforms.
  • Build and enhance custom Kubernetes operators, Helm charts, and custom system controllers from scratch.
  • Maintain and scale custom Terraform providers and infrastructure modules, ensuring clean compatibility with evolving HCL standards.
  • Design and implement new integration plugins for emerging technologies, hybrid cloud architectures, and orchestration platforms.
  • Create reliable software packages, scripts, and deployment artifacts distributed directly to enterprise customers for production installation.
  • Write high-quality, maintainable, and optimized code for operators, provider logic, and integration systems using Go, Python, or Bash.
  • Collaborate on partner-facing technical discussions to identify integration requirements and deliver seamless automated workflows.
  • Research and prototype technical solutions with new cloud platforms to continuously expand our product ecosystem.

Skills/Must have:

  • 5+ years of dedicated experience in Platform Engineering, Integration Development, DevOps, or specialized Infrastructure Tooling roles.
  • Expert-level Linux Systems Administration: Deep understanding of system internals, advanced performance tuning, and low-level kernel troubleshooting.
  • Advanced Kubernetes Orchestration: Thorough knowledge of cluster management, custom resources (CRDs), Helm chart architecture, controller patterns, and container networking.
  • Software Engineering Foundations: High proficiency writing clean code in multiple programming languages, with a heavy emphasis on Go and Python.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proven background developing custom Terraform providers or contributing heavily to complex infrastructure automation codebases.
  • Core Networking Fundamentals: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing tables, firewalls, load balancing setups, and packet troubleshooting.
  • Packaging and Distribution: Direct experience managing software packaging formats, automated distribution pipelines, and deployable enterprise artifacts.

Nice to Have:

  • Operator Frameworks: Experience developing robust Kubernetes operators using the operator-sdk or KubeBuilder.
  • Cloud Orchestration Platforms: Prior integration exposure to OpenStack, CloudStack, or alternative private cloud management tools.
  • Advanced SDN exposure: Background working alongside Software-Defined Networking platforms or custom API-driven network automation layers.

Benefits:

  • Global Systems Scale: Develop code and plugins deployed across massive enterprise and cloud infrastructure footprints.
  • Elite Peer Group: Work alongside a compact, highly technical team of senior developers and automation experts.
  • Product Ownership: Enjoy high autonomy to innovate, prototype, and scale new integration frameworks completely from scratch.
  • AI Infrastructure Focus: Write the deployment tools and operators responsible for provisioning next-generation AI and GPU compute clusters.

Salary:

  • Top-tier compensation matching advanced software engineering capabilities, Kubernetes operator experience, and Terraform provider expertise.
